No. The manufacture of superPan is developed in a latest generation continuous line where the entire wood fibre and wood particle mat is pressed and bonded by pressure and temperature together; therefore the different layers that form the board are “consolidated” or integrated.

Finsa provides users of the superPan board with stickers that can be used as a stamp indicating that their furniture contains the “superPan quality”.

Yes, superPan is being used successfully for lacquered furniture. In fact, the properties of its high density fibre faces provide an ideal surface for lacquer in both matt and demanding high gloss.

Before lacquering or painting superPan needs to be edged in order to seal the edge so that it can take the lacquer or paint and obtain a good overall finish. Suitable edgings for this purpose are available in the market.

Yes. The superPan presents a smooth, compact surface that makes it ideal for use as a direct printing support.

Yes, the superPan allows you to make curves and consequently build curved elements. By counter-face grooving, the superPan acquires a relevant plasticity, which makes it ideal for the construction of curved pieces such as countertops, column coverings, chairs…
